Trever Immelman: Master 2008 Champioin

This years addition of the Masters was a classic and the winner was Trevor Immelman from South Africa. Everybody thought that Tiger Woods would make a run at the top spot but the conditions at Augusta on Sunday may have been a little to much for anybody to make a serious run if they were to far behind.

If you are not familiar with The Trevor Immelman story than you will not be aware that he was diagnosed with a tumor in December of last year in his stomach. He did not find out it was benign until after the surgery. He has not been much of a force on the PGA tour this year but he showed the heart of a champion by winning the Masters one of if not the most coveted tournaments in golf.
